JOY BATTAGLIA

My name is Joy Battaglia. I’ve been a hairstylist for more than two decades, but my passion to help others look and feel their best began much earlier. My career started behind the receptionist desk in 1995 and I quickly worked my way up to behind the chair. I worked in commission salons for the first seven years and then ventured out on my own as an independent stylist renting booth space in Kansas City. Every step of the way has been a blessed experience that has brought me to where I am in my life today. In 2018, I opened SALON on BARRY, which is built on the foundation of my journey in the beauty industry and the relationships I’ve developed with my guests along the way. My vision from the start was to create a relaxing environment and a place that provides exceptional care to everyone that walks through the doors.
